INSTRUCTIONS - HOW TO: iPhone 3g (firmware 2.02) video recorder\n\nThe following applications named below are all searchable on the internet using Yahoo! or Google search and downloadable for free.\n \n1. Unlock your phone by downloading WinPWS-2.5 and run it. If you are an AT&T customer (which most likely you ARE) with iPhone 3G, select \"NO\" for updating your provider and select \"NO\" for YouTube updates. \n\n2. Once you\'ve unlocked the phone, open iTunes. It will recognize that your phone is not setup at this point. Here comes the important thing:\n(The tricky part here is that no one tells you that you MUST press SHIFT and RIGHT CLICK on the RESTORE button in iTunes and save your \"whatevername.ipsw\" file you\'ve created into your documents, so you can restore from this file, instead from the default file. This step was extremely important, otherwise, you\'d just end up unlocking your phone first, then accidentally restore it to the original locked condition, which defeats the whole purpose.\n \n3. Setup WinSCP on your PC\n4. Download Video Recorder into your iphone 3G using \"Cydia\"\n5. Also download SSH for your iphone through \"Cydia\" so you can communicate via FTP or SSH.\n\nI have details. If you live near Houston, I\'d also set you up for a charge of course. It\'s a little tricky but it\'s all possible now with Iphone 3G (firmware 2.02). P.S. I\'ve also setup voice recognition. I used \"VoiceTHIS\" My oppinion on it: It\'s terrible. However, the video recorder and sound is GOOD.
